GuangXing suplies wedge wire filter elements used as sieves and filters for various industries, especially suitable for low maintenance applications. It is a type of metal filter component fabricated from Slot Opening Wedge Wire. Wedge wire elements have four metarials options: SS, MONEL, HAST-C & DUPLEX SS.

Atlas filter elements can be re-used repeatedly.

Available in the forms of tubes, panels, filter cylinders, cone, basket and bags and special filter elements. It is made by welding with profile wire on every connection spots. The Stainless Steel material and its special welding structure bring excellent filtration property.

Note: Welding and construction of both ends of the elements can be changed to reduce cost or optimize production, however fitting dimensions cannot be changed.

FOTI Filter Elements with Reinforcement
0,1 mm FOTI elements with integrated (welded) reinforcement at both ends (Double Open End).

Outside diameter of filter element 60-70 mm (outer diameter of reinforcement is to be exact 70 mm).
That reinforcement is to protect elements when they are manually cleaned outside the housing.
